You can scale, rotate, flip, distort, or skew an object or group using the Transform tools and menu commands. You can also transform text, bitmap images, hotspots, and slices.
Transform tools
Choosing any Transform tool or menu command displays the transform handles. The handles frame the entirety of selected objects.

To edit selected objects in the workspace using the transform handles:
